The Quality and Safety Division leads and supports the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care across Central Queensland Health. Operating as a trusted business partner to all clinical delivery areas, we provide expert guidance, governance frameworks, and practical support to ensure care is delivered to the highest standards. About the role:

• Develop and implement systems that support clinical investigations and service compliance.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide senior leadership in a complex, interdisciplinary service environment.
• Deliver educational content to various audiences across the health service.
• Manage work priorities and provide leadership in dynamic and complex environments.

About you:

• You have high-level knowledge of National Standards and safety policies.
• You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• You have demonstrated senior leadership capability in complex environments.
• You are a skilled communicator capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• You can create and deliver educational content that resonates with clinical and non-clinical staff.

What we offer:

Total monthly remuneration value of up to $14,297 p.m. is comprised of:

• An hourly rate between $70.66 - $75.83 p.h.
• 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
• 17.5% leave loading
