About the role:
- Drive CQHHS-wide preparedness and compliance for NSQHSS, Aged Care, and Disability standards, with a specialist focus on Infection Prevention and Control.
- Coordinate comprehensive audit schedules and risk assessments to ensure best-practice models and safety protocols are integrated across all clinical areas.
- Lead the analysis and reporting of quality indicators to the Executive team, providing expert advice to move the organization toward successful accreditation outcomes.
- Champion innovation projects, benchmarking, and staff/consumer education to foster a proactive culture of safety and clinical excellence.
About you:
- You are a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- You demonstrate advanced clinical evidence-based skill and knowledge in Quality and Safety.
- You have a proven ability to communicate relevant, prompt and accurate information.
- You have a demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $169,138 p.a is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $68.86 - $74.76 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
