Dispensary Technician | Part-Time | Glenmore Priceline Pharmacy, QLD

You will work primarily at the dispensary back counter, supporting the scripts in/scripts out process. Work closely with Pharmacists ensuring the safe and efficient supply of prescription and over-the-counter medicines. This role involves accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions under pharmacist supervision, providing accurate and helpful information to customers and healthcare professionals, and contributing to a high standard of efficient, professional, and friendly customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately dispense medications under Pharmacist supervision.
  • Maintain compliance with Pharmacy Regulations and professional standards.
  • Provide friendly, efficient customer service and assist with health solutions.
  • Monitor and manage prescription stock levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Follow all Workplace Health & Safety procedures to maintain a safe environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with fast and efficient typing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate within a team and work autonomously.
  • A customer-first attitude and genuine care for people’s wellbeing.
  • Reliability, honesty, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with FRED Dispensing or similar system (desirable)
