Mater Private Hospital Townsville is seeking applications for Engineering Services Manager to join us in a permanent, full-time role. Based at our Mater Townsville Pimlico campus, this role is an opportunity to contribute to one of North Queensland’s most trusted healthcare providers. Mater Townsville delivers a comprehensive range of acute and specialist services across our Pimlico and Hyde Park sites, supporting the needs of the rapidly growing Townsville and North Queensland region.
Salary range: $62.68 per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality engineering and maintenance services across Mater Townsville's facilities. As a technical and managerial leader, you’ll drive performance, safety, and continuous improvement in support of Mater’s mission and operational goals. In this role, you will:
