The Opportunity Due to a rapidly expanding pipeline of secured projects, we are looking for a driven Civil Project Engineer to join our Mackay-based team. This is a residential role (not FIFO) offering the chance to oversee diverse projects from planning through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide direct support and guidance to site teams, supervisors, and leading hands.

• Project Control: Work with management and estimating teams to ensure projects hit milestones on time and under budget.

• Operations: Manage procurement, labor allocation, and material supply chains.

• Safety & Compliance: Champion a "Safety First" culture, ensuring all works meet WHS and Risk Management standards.

What You Bring:

• Proven Track Record: Solid experience in Civil Project Engineering, specifically within earthworks and concreting.

• Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of contract management and project financials.

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in P6 or MS Project for construction programming is highly regarded.

• Adaptability: The ability to pivot between competing timelines and resource needs.

• Tertiary Qualified: A degree in Civil Engineering is essential.

Requirements:

• Full Australian Working Rights (No restrictions).

• Based in Mackay or willing to relocate (Residential role).

• Ability to travel to client sites within the region as required.
