Origin Group (QLD) Pty Ltd are currently seeking experienced and motivated Mechanical Fitters to join our team.  We are looking for someone who is interested in working locally around the Mackay region. We have a combination of workshop and local site work available. This includes work at the Sugar Mills, Fuel Terminals, and our Workshop located in Paget. 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Trade Qualification.

• Ability to work with a team or independently.

• Attention to detail & quality control.

• Proven Mechanical Fitting experience.

• Time management skills

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Ability to train / guide apprentices.

• Any additional certificates / high risk licenses will also be well regarded (Doggers, Riggers, Elevated Work Platforms, Working at Heights and Confined Space).
