In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for general property maintenance, responding to guest requests, and ensuring the ongoing upkeep of facilities. You’ll carry out routine inspections, manage preventative maintenance tasks, and work closely with contractors when required. Accuracy in record-keeping and adherence to safety standards will be key to your success. This is a Monday to Friday position, working 30–40 hours per week with an immediate start and ongoing opportunity.What you'll need to succeed 

• Previous experience in a maintenance or handyman role (hotel or similar environment preferred)
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Trade qualifications (desirable but not essential)
• Forklift ticket (desirable but not essential)
