An A03 Maintenance Support Office wanted for a position based in Mackay, QLD

Your new role 
In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Deliver high quality customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Operate effectively in a fast paced, KPI driven environment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, industry contacts, and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Use strong interpersonal skills to negotiate, deescalate situations, and resolve disputes where required.
  • Participate in team culture initiatives and contribute to innovation and process improvements.
  • Prepare accurate documents, reports, and updates in relevant information systems.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations.
  • Apply customer support experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Demonstrate leadership behaviours aligned with the Individual Contributor stream of the Queensland Leadership Competencies.
  • What you'll need to succeed 
    The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills.
  • Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail with accurate documentation and system updates.
  • Ability to analyse information, solve problems, and use sound judgment.
  • What you'll get in return 
    You will join a fast paced team helping deliver high quality service to their customers. You will be on a causal contract through Hays working full time hours Monday to Friday 36.25 hours per week. You will be offered an attractive rate of $51.12 p/h + super + penalties.
