TP Human Capital is recruiting a
Site Training Administrator to support training and compliance activities at a remote operations site. This role plays an important part in ensuring training records, bookings and compliance data are accurately managed for the workforce.
This is a
FIFO role from Townsville working a 4:3 roster
(Monday to Thursday) with flights provided. The position sits within a small training and compliance team and will act as the consistent administrative presence on site during the week.
The Role
- Manage the training inbox and coordinate training bookings
- Maintain accurate training and compliance records
- Process Statements of Attainment and training documentation
- Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
- Support trainers and the site team with training administration tasks
- Maintain data across systems including LMS, SAP and training compliance platforms
About You
- Experience in training administration, compliance administration, or site administration
- Strong data entry and record management capability
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information
- Comfortable working in a site based environment
- Experience in mining, construction or industrial environments will be advantageous

- 4:3 roster (Monday to Thursday)
- 12-hour shifts (6:00am – 6:00pm)
- Initial 6-month labour hire engagement with strong potential for ongoing work
