About the Roles

As a valued member of the Cubby Care Condon team, you will:

• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and confidence

• Support and extend each child’s learning through observation, reflection, and intentional teaching

• Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Contribute to a calm, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

• Collaborate on curriculum ideas and continuous service improvement

• Engage in ongoing reflection and professional growth

• Support consistent, high-quality practice aligned with our philosophy and the NQS

• Foster a positive, supportive room culture grounded in kindness and respect

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying)

• Current Blue Card

• Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive, professional, and growth-focused mindset

• A genuine passion for children and early learning
