Role details

The Medical Education Unit at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Program Coordinator (Workplace Based Assessment)  to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your opportunity

You will be a part of a dynamic and innovative team that requires passion for the role of supporting International Medical Graduates (IMGs) in the pursuit of General Registration. The Mackay Hospital and Health Service (MHHS) has become an accredited provider of the Australia Medical Council (AMC), Workplace Based Assessment (WBA) Program. This program provides for an alternative pathway for international medical graduates to gain generalist registration in Australia through a series of workplace-based assessments rather than through the (AMC) Clinical Examination 2.
