THE COMMITMENT

  • Part-time work, minimum of 15 hours per week for 18 months
  • Hours of work: 3.00pm - 6.00pm
  • Based in Cranbrook

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Provide fun and engaging activities for primary school age children
  • Help design a calendar of inclusive, exciting, and engaging program activities
  • Ensure a safe, welcoming space where children can grow and learn
  • Enforce safety guidelines to ensure a secure space for all
  • You will be able to follow our development pathways to learn new skills and build your career

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone aged 18-26* who is an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident and:

  • Is enthusiastic
  • Has empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Is a reliable team player
  • Has strong communication skills
  • Is creative and adaptable

Mandatory Requirements:

To work in this role, you’ll need to provide two work or professional references, plus hold (or be willing to get) a current Working With Children Check (or relevant state equivalent) and a Police Check. Y Careers makes it easy by covering the cost and helping you every step of the way.
