The Role

We’re seeking a passionate Trainer and Assessor to deliver centre-based training in Early Learning Centres across Mackay and Whitsundays region. You’ll manage the full student learning experience, including mentoring and workplace assessment.

Whether you're an experienced Trainer or a Director/Supervisor or Ed Leader with strong people skills and a passion for education—we’ll support and induct you to deliver training excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver CHC30121 and CHC50121 training and assessment in some of the regions leading early learning centres

• Conduct workplace assessments and mark theoretical units

• Provide exceptional student support and foster a culture of excellence

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or willingness to enrol

• Enthusiastic, professional, and adaptable to change

• Blue Card

Experience in centre-based training is a plus—but not essential. We value passion, professionalism, and the drive to make a difference. We have a structured and professional induction program over many months to set you up for success.
