🔎 About the Role

Location: Rockhampton
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time

Travel: Weekly Petrol money, if you reside 25km from the place of work

Hours (Monday–Friday):

• Before School Care: 6:30am – 9:00m

• After School Care: 2:15pm – 6:00pm

• Admin: between 2.5 - 4 hours per week

• Vacation Care (available soon)

Total Hours:

• Up to 25 hrs per week (during school terms)

As the OSHC Shared Head Lead Coordinator, you'll lead a passionate team to deliver a safe, engaging, and compliant program. You'll design exciting activities, build meaningful connections with children and families, and play an active role within the school community.

• Leading and supporting a dedicated team of educators

• Planning and delivering creative, enriching experiences

• Building strong, positive relationships with families and the school community

• Ensuring compliance, safety, and high-quality care

• Overseeing documentation, medical records, and daily operations

🙌 About You

• A natural leader who loves working with children and has led a program previously

• Confident communicator across children, families, and school staff

• Creative, energetic, and FUN

• Strong problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude

• Able to maintain a clean, nurturing, and welcoming environment

• Diploma qualified or actively working towards a qualified qualification (as per ACECQA standards)

• Hold Working With Children Check (P-Status)

• Holds or is willing to obtain the Education and Care First Aid (012) and Child Protection Course.
