Vacancies exist for individuals to join the team at the Leeton Out of School Care Centre on a casual basis.

Council is seeking applications from dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to assist with the planning, preparation of activities and care of children during their time at the Centre. Leeton Shire Council is committed to child safety, wellbeing, participation and the empowerment of all children in its care.

Applicants will have strong interpersonal skills along with a genuine interest and empathy for working with children.

Salary and conditions: The hours of work will be as required. The rate of pay is $34.66 per hour and 12% Superannuation applies for this position.

Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo and successfully pass a Functional Assessment which includes an Alcohol & Other Drug Screening and hearing test. They will hold a current Working with Children Check or be prepared to obtain one and must provide documentation of being fully Covid-19 vaccinated.
