About the role

We are seeking Labourers, Pipelayers and experienced Excavator Operators to join our team at Northern Civil Services in Townsville. You will play a vital role in supporting our civil construction projects across the Townsville region.

What you'll be doing

• Operate and maintain excavators and other heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner

• Perform general Pipelaying & labouring duties to support construction activities

• Follow all site safety protocols and procedures

• Work collaboratively with the broader construction team

• Maintain detailed records and documentation as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Excavator Operator or in a similar construction role

• Proficient in the operation of excavators and other plant equipment

• Strong safety focus with a commitment to high standards of work health and safety

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
