  • Potential earning capacity of $100,000+ per annum (Dependant on applicable penalty rates, over time and allowances, including Licenced Trade Allowance for qualified plumbers
  • LGIA Stream C BT Level 2/3 (Licenced Plumber/Drainer) + Site + Tool + Leading Hand Allowance 3 - $91,280 - $93,700
  • LGIA Stream B (Construction Experience) Level 6 + Site + Leading Hand Allowance 2 - $81,874
  • Monday to Friday, 76 hours per fortnight, 9 day fortnight
  • Location – Rockhampton

Your new role

Fitzroy River Water is on the lookout for a proactive, hands on Team Leader to deliver critical water and wastewater projects across the region.

If you have built a career in plumbing, drainage, pipelaying or civil construction, and you’re ready to step into a leadership role that makes a real impact in the community, we want to hear from you! A trade qualification is desirable (not essential), but what matters most is your practical experience, problem solving attitude and commitment to quality work.

This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).

  • Experience working with water and wastewater systems, including plumbing, drainage, pipelaying or civil construction.
  • Ability to lead a crew on site and get quality work done.
  • Good organisation and time management
  • Commitment to a strong safety focused mindset
