Site Access Controller

• Monday to Friday roster – 12-hour day shifts

About The Role

WorkPac are currently seeking a Site Access Controller to join a well-established gold mining operation. This role is responsible for managing site access, verifying workforce compliance, and maintaining accurate personnel records to support safe and efficient operations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage entry and exit of all personnel, contractors, and visitors

• Verify identification, site inductions, and access approvals

• Maintain accurate records in the site access register

• Monitor compliance with site security procedures

• Ensure workers meet site requirements and certifications

• Check fatigue management and fitness-for-work requirements

• Issue and track site access cards, badges, and permits

• Prepare daily reports on site personnel numbers

• Assist emergency response teams with personnel tracking

• Report hazards, incidents, or security concerns

What You Will Need

• Previous experience in site access control or administration

• Mining or industrial experience highly regarded

• Experience with access control or workforce systems

• Strong attention to detail and record keeping skills

• Ability to communicate with personnel at all levels

• Strong commitment to safety and site procedures
