Evoke Maintenance Services (EMS) is a growing Central Queensland contractor delivering concrete remediation, civil construction and maintenance services across the civil and mining sector.

Founded by directors who started their careers on the tools, EMS is built on practical site experience and a genuine commitment to supporting our crews. We focus on well-planned work, strong supervision and delivering high quality outcomes for our clients.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead crews delivering concrete remediation works on a coal mining operation in the Callide Basin.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being visible on site and supporting their team to deliver safe, high-quality work.

Responsibilities include:

•        Supervising site crews and coordinating daily work activities

•        Maintaining strong safety leadership and compliance with site standards

•        Liaising with clients, subcontractors and EMS project teams

•        Supporting delivery of work to schedule, scope and quality expectations

•        Managing site documentation including pre-starts, permits and reporting

Roster options: 8/6 or 7/7 – day shift only

Essential Requirements

Applicants must hold:

•        Current Coal Board Medical (CBM)

•        Current Standard 11 (S11)

•        Site supervisor competencies

•        Current QLD Driver Licence

Experience supervising civil or concrete works on mine sites will be highly regarded.
