With ongoing civil subdivision and pipeline projects across Townsville and surrounding regions, we are seeking experienced Civil Supervisors and Qualified Plumbers to join our growing team.

The Roles

Civil Supervisor

This role is suited to an experienced supervisor who can lead crews, manage daily site operations, and drive works safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating day-to-day civil and pipeline works

• Leading crews and subcontractors to achieve project outcomes

• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements

• Managing labour, plant, and materials to meet program targets

• Monitoring progress and reporting to Project Management

• Maintaining site documentation and quality records

Qualified Plumber (Civil)

This role will focus on civil water, sewer, and stormwater pipeline works across subdivision projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Installation of water, sewer, and stormwater pipelines

• Reading and interpreting plans and specifications

• Working safely around plant and within trench environments

• Ensuring quality workmanship in line with project requirements

• Supporting site teams to meet daily production targets

About You

Civil Supervisor:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising civil or pipeline projects

• Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision (or working towards)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Solid understanding of OH&S and quality systems

• Construction White Card and current Driver’s Licence

Qualified Plumber:

• Current QLD Plumbing Licence (required)

• Proven experience in civil pipeline works (water, sewer, stormwater)

• Ability to interpret plans and work to levels and grade

• Strong safety focus and attention to detail

For both roles:

• Experience in civil construction or subdivision projects

• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
