About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Insurance Repair Supervisor to join our Airlie Beach/Proserpine team. You’ll oversee multiple domestic insurance repair jobs, ensuring smooth delivery, quality workmanship and positive customer experiences.

Day-to-day duties include:

• Conduct site inspections & provide accurate estimates

• Prepare reports, quotes & insurance assessments

• Coordinate trades, suppliers & schedules

• Communicate with clients, insurers & internal teams

• Ensure compliance, safety & KPI performance

• Maintain records in Prime Ecosystem & insurer platforms

• Occasional travel during major weather events

About you:

• Cert IV in Building & Construction (preferred)

• QBCC Supervisor Licence (or ability to obtain)

• Experience in supervision, estimating & insurance repairs

• Strong organisation, communication & time management skills

• Tech-savvy with repair systems & Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of NCC, QBCC & WHS standards

• Quality-focused with strong attention to detail

• Safety and customer experience driven
