About the role:


As a Crane Project Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering successful project outcomes. This hands-on position requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high service standards. You will liaise closely with clients, supervisors, operators, and the WHS team to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate booking and scheduling of cranes and heavy transport for project work

  • Provide operational expertise and onsite representation

  • Develop detailed Lift Plans, including CAD drawings

  • Manage project inventory, quoting, and invoicing

  • Ensure compliance and maintenance of company equipment

  • Work closely with the WHS Coordinator and Supervisors to meet site requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability

  • Proven experience developing Lift Plans and technical drawings

  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in a similar role

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment with strict deadlines
