Vehicle Allowance: Receive 99 cents per KM for all travel while transporting our lovely clients.

Working one-on-one with clients across the Rockhampton region, you will provide a premium care experience ranging from basic companionship to complex nursing.
Clinical Care (Nurses): Manage wound care, catheter care, and medication while monitoring complex health needs.
Holistic Support (Caregivers/AINs): Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
Community Connection: Provide companionship and transport for community outings and social engagement.
Documentation: Maintain thorough, accurate records and follow care plans developed by our RN Care Designers.

Qualifications: Nurses: Current AHPRA Registration (RN or EN).
Caregivers: Minimum Cert III in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care.
Compliance: Valid NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card), Blue Card (WWCC), and National Police Check (within 12 months).
Safety: Current First Aid & CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Transport: Valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle appropriate for transporting clients.
