The Role: Clinical Expertise meets Heart-Centered Care

Working one-on-one with clients across the Rockhampton region, you will provide a premium care experience ranging from basic companionship to complex nursing.

  • Clinical Care (Nurses): Manage wound care, catheter care, and medication while monitoring complex health needs.

  • Holistic Support (Caregivers/AINs): Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping.

  • Community Connection: Provide companionship and transport for community outings and social engagement.

  • Documentation: Maintain thorough, accurate records and follow care plans developed by our RN Care Designers.


What You’ll Need

We hire for attitude and a "can-do" spirit.

  • Qualifications: Nurses: Current AHPRA Registration (RN or EN).

    • Caregivers: Minimum Cert III in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care.

  • Compliance: Valid NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card), Blue Card (WWCC), and National Police Check (within 12 months).

  • Safety: Current First Aid & CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).

  • Transport: Valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle appropriate for transporting clients.
