The Role

• Provide direct support while overseeing daily house operations
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a values-driven support team
• Maintain compliance with NDIS practice standards, requirements and policies
• Oversee house presentation, medication management, safety checks, and documentation
• Promote independence and empowerment
• Monitor behaviours, maintain safety plans, and ensure accurate reporting
• Build strong relationships with Case Managers and key stakeholders

About You
You bring experience, confidence, and a person-centred approach, along with:

• Experience in complex disability support and confident with high physical care needs (manual handling, catheter & stoma care etc.)
• Skills in managing and responding to challenging behaviours in a calm, structured way according to PBSPs
• The ability to navigate complex family dynamics with professionalism, maintaining clear boundaries and participant-focused decision-making
• Previous team leadership or supervision experience and availability to work across a rotating shift pattern
• Valid Driver’s Licence, Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check
