The Role - Provide direct support while overseeing daily house operations
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a values-driven support team
- Maintain compliance with NDIS practice standards, requirements and policies
- Oversee house presentation, medication management, safety checks, and documentation
- Promote independence and empowerment
- Monitor behaviours, maintain safety plans, and ensure accurate reporting
- Build strong relationships with Case Managers and key stakeholders
About YouYou bring experience, confidence, and a person-centred approach, along with:
- Experience in complex disability support and confident with high physical care needs (manual handling, catheter & stoma care etc.)
- Skills in managing and responding to challenging behaviours in a calm, structured way according to PBSPs
- The ability to navigate complex family dynamics with professionalism, maintaining clear boundaries and participant-focused decision-making
- Previous team leadership or supervision experience and availability to work across a rotating shift pattern
- Valid Driver’s Licence, Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check
