The Location

Located at the base of Mt Louisa in Townsville, Bolton Clarke’s Glendale provides high-quality aged care in a friendly, secure and comfortable residential environment.

The Role

Bolton Clarke Glendale is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Lifestyle Assistant to join our team.

This permanent part time position is ideal for someone who is passionate about enriching the lives of older Australians through meaningful activities and social interaction. 

  • Support our Lifestyle team in planning and running recreational programs
  • Engage with residents to create a fun, vibrant and inclusive environment
  • Contribute to residents’ wellbeing through companionship and participation in activities

    About You

    • Previous experience working in aged care
    • Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent
    • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is highly desirable
    • Ability to build positive relationships and actively involve residents in daily programs
    • You’ll also have a genuine passion to work with the elderly
    • Fabulous communication and teamwork skills and basic computer skills
    • Complete a police check
