Due to growth in the business, we are seeking a full-time family lawyer to join our team.

About the Role

• Manage a diverse caseload across all areas of family law

• Handle matters involving both dispute resolution and complex litigation

• Demonstrate strong knowledge in children’s matters and property settlements

• Draft high-quality correspondence, consent orders, applications, affidavits and other court documents

• Negotiate effectively to achieve favourable outcomes for clients

• Appear in court for Mentions, Hearings, Conferences and Trials

• Opportunity to work across other areas of practice if desired

About You

• Experience in family law, ideally within a private practice environment, with confidence managing your own files and clients

• Strong prioritisation and time-management skills, enabling you to stay organised and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

• Warm, friendly and professional manner with a strong client-service focus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to draft clearly and persuasively

• Solid capability with Microsoft Office 365
