If you have an interest, knowledge and/or experience in wanting to support Australians to start and run a successful small business and assist existing micro-business owners to improve their business, then we’d love to hear from you!
We have an exciting opportunity for experienced local business coaches to join our team to provide and promote opportunities for entrepreneurship and self-employment throughout the Fitzroy Employment Region. Under the Australian Government’s Self Employment Assistance Program (SEA), current and aspiring small and micro business owners can access coaching and training to support success.
As a local, experienced and highly networked individual, our ‘Business Navigator’, you will provide tailored information and advice to people who are considering self‑employment and owners of existing micro-businesses that are at risk of not being commercially viable. You will have strong links to the local business network, and will provide people with business advice and links through networking events, workshops and informal coaching sessions. Your passion for business success will deliver the outcomes for this program.
The successful candidate must be prepared to travel across the region on a regular basis.
