About the Role:
As the Transition Pathways Officer, you will work across a cluster of State High Schools in the Townsville region and surrounds to provide a broad range of services to maximise transition outcomes for students at-risk of not successfully transitioning from post-compulsory schooling before the completion of Year 12. You will lead case management support to identify suitable pathway options for young people. Further, you will develop and maintain effective school-based and stakeholder networks, and collaborate with stakeolders to achieve positive outcomes. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining confidential and accurate reporting within departmental policies and procedures.
A candidate with strong networking and communication skills, great time management and the ability to deliver positive outcomes whilst working autonomously and within a wider team, is greatly desired.
