    On the job you will:
  • Provide safe, high-quality, person-centered care to residents
  • Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and meals
  • Support residents' independence, dignity, and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and other care staff
  • Maintain accurate care documentation in line with facility standards


    What you bring:
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
  • Minimum 12 months experience as a PCW (Aged Care preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for older Australians
  • Valid Working Rights in Australia
  • Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations (including flu and COVID-19)
