About the Role
As an Operator / General Labourer, you’ll help make, pack, and move building products safely and efficiently. You’ll be part of a team that values safety, quality, and teamwork, with opportunities to learn new skills and grow into permanent roles.

What You’ll Do

• Operate roll forming and materials handling equipment
• Pack and dispatch products accurately and on time
• Keep your work area safe and clean, following OH&S procedures
• Report faults, incidents, and production updates
• Help improve processes and support your team

Skills & Experience

• Previous manufacturing or labouring experience helpful but not required
• Forklift licence is a plus (not essential)
• Understand and follow safety and quality rules
• Team player with reliability and initiative
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail and focus on quality

Shifts:
  
Day: Mon–Thu 6am–2:30pm, Fri 6am–12pm

Afternoon: Mon–Thu 2pm–10:30pm, Fri 12pm–6pm
