About The Role


We currently have a vacancy for a Contact Centre Consultant to join our friendly team in our Contact Centre. This is a full time position based on a 38 hour week in our Townsville Head Office or Brisbane Admin Office.

 

At Queensland Country Bank, our Members matter most and our frontline teams are crucial in ensuring we provide the best possible experience.  As a Contact Centre Consultant, you will be required to provide timely, accurate and friendly assistance both over the phone and online. You will also be required to deliver quality solutions by discovering referral opportunities for new products and services that meet or exceed our Members needs.

 

Our Contact Centre is open from 8:00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 2.30pm Saturday. You will be required to work on a rotating roster during these hours and Saturday mornings on a roster basis.

 

About You

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • The ability to have genuine conversations with customers to resolve enquiries at the first point of contact
  • Intermediate Microsoft office suite skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals
