selectability exists to improve the mental wellbeing of regional Queenslanders — and strong financial leadership is critical to achieving that mission.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. This role provides strategic direction, financial stewardship and commercial insight that enables selectability to grow sustainably and deliver high‑quality, person‑centred services.

What you’ll do

As our CFO, you will

  • lead the development and implementation of our financial strategy
  • oversee budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning
  • provide expert financial advice to the CEO and board
  • strengthen financial governance, internal controls and risk management
  • guide capital planning and investment decisions
  • build capability and performance within the finance team
  • model selectability’s core values in all aspects of your leadership
What you bring
  • CPA/CA qualification and tertiary degree in a relevant field
  • significant experience (10+ years) in finance, including senior executive leadership
  • strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • experience managing financial operations in complex, multi‑site environments
  • excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Why work with us?

Our values - commitment, accountability, compassion, innovation, integrity, positivity and respect - guide everything we do.

You’ll be part of an organisation that:
