Start Your SWEET Career as a Business Trainee

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Business Trainee to join our Finance Team for a one-year fixed-term opportunity at based at Farleigh Mill.  As part of our Business Services team, you’ll get hands-on experience across payroll, accounts payable, and general finance administration- plus the chance to support our exciting transition to S4/Hana. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and gain real-world skills while completing a Certificate III in Business Administration. Key Responsibilities

• • Act professionally and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Learn and support weekly payroll processing using UKG and SAP.
  • Liaise with employees and supervisors to resolve payroll and system queries.
  • Review and validate invoices 
  • Assist the accounts payable team with invoice processing and payment.
  • Communicate with procurement and other stakeholders to resolve queries and gather outstanding information.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider finance team.

About You

• • Genuinely interested in developing a career in finance.
  • Committed to completing a Traineeship and Certificate III in Business Administration.
  • Able to plan, organise, and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.

Eligibility Requirements (minimum)

• • Completed Year 12, with passes in English and Maths.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
