About the role

As part of the showroom team in Townsville, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

*Working roster: Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm & Saturday 8am to 1pm /Tuesday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm & Saturday 8am-1pm

Your day to day
A typical day will involve:

• Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products

• Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone

• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life

• Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships

• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers

• Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow

• Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems

• Is open to working various shifts

• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network (we love to promote people from within)
