About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and creative team member eager to grow within the tourism industry. Based in our brand-new retail shopfront in the heart of Airlie Beach, you’ll help guests book unforgettable tours, create engaging digital content, and represent one of the region’s most loved adventure brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell local land and sea tours to walk-in guests and online enquiries
• Create and schedule engaging social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Respond to guest messages, comments, and reviews across all platforms
• Assist with marketing campaigns and track performance metrics
• Provide weekly sales and social media reports to the owners
• Deliver exceptional guest service and assist with resolving enquiries

Skills & Attributes

• Passion for tourism, storytelling, and creating content
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident using CapCut, Canva, or similar editing tools
• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
• A proactive team player with creativity and initiative
• Certificate III in Tourism is advantageous
