Now, a little about the role:
Drive the efficient and stakeholder-focused provision of high-quality customer service as part of RSL Queensland’s League Development team. This is a part time office-based role.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure a high level of customer service to all stakeholders by welcoming all visitors on-site and managing each visit professionally
  • Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in responding to inbound calls and queries as you refer and direct to the appropriate services/contacts
  • Complete general office administrative duties and coordinate incoming deliveries
  • Assist with the organisation of meetings, invitations and agendas, printing documents, catering, accommodation, travel, and follow up
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
  • Update directories, collect data and prepare reimbursement claims, policy and procedure updates, documents, and general correspondence for consideration
  • Participate in District Activities and events as required.
What’s required to succeed:
  • Exceptional customer service underpinned by strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent working knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
  • Demonstrated solid interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to consult, communicate and problem solve effectively
  • Practical thinking and a self-starter mindset
  • The physical ability to bend & reach above the shoulders carrying 5–7 kg load
  • A current Australian drivers’ licence
  • Some travel and weekend work are required
