Administration – Phosphate Hill $44 + an hour | 4/3 Roster | Flights & Accommodation Provided
Protech is seeking an experienced
Administrator to join the Maintenance Department at
Phosphate Hill. This role is ideal for candidates who are organised, adaptable, and confident working both independently and within a team.
About the Role In this position, you will provide essential administrative support to the Maintenance Department, including:
- Documentation management
- Onboarding and roster coordination
- Shutdown administration
- Service and materials management
- Use of SAP (PRs, service entries, work orders, time confirmations
This position requires someone who can manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced operational environment while maintaining accurate records and supporting cross‑department activities as needed.
Experience in
mining, remote operations, or industrial environments will be highly regarded.
What’s Included
- $44+ an hour (Flat Rate) (Higher Rates for Public Holidays)
- 4 Days On / 3 Days Off roster

Requirements
- Located in Townsville
- Ability to pass drug screen & pre‑employment medical
- SAP experience – mandatory
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Must hold Aus License
