About the Role
We’re looking for a committed and detail-focused person to join our team in a full-time Customer Service & Data Entry role.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with valued clients and collaborate across departments to help deliver exceptional products and service.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play a key role in providing a smooth and professional experience for our customers. You’ll work closely with internal teams to uphold the high standard of service National Glass is known for.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
Entering customer orders accurately into our internal systems
Preparing and sending quotes within required time frames
Communicating with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met
Supporting the sales team to maintain strong client relationships
Delivering excellent customer service at every step
This role requires strong computer skills, solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new software systems.
About You
To succeed in this diverse and challenging role, you’ll need to work confidently without close supervision and take pride in consistently delivering excellent customer service.
You will have strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to stay focused under pressure.
We’re looking for someone who brings the following personal qualities:
Experience in data entry, administration, or customer service
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Accurate and detail-oriented when entering data
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a small office environment
Enthusiastic, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Experience with customer service in the glazing industry is preferred, but not a requirement.
