DGH is seeking an organised and proactive Scheduling & Mobilisation Planner to join our team. This role is critical to the successful deployment of personnel to site shutdowns and project works across our operations.
You will ensure mobilisation activities are efficiently coordinated, compliant, and aligned with project timelines and workforce requirements. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on planning, problem solving, and coordinating multiple moving parts.
Develop and maintain mobilisation schedules aligned with project timelines and workforce requirements.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, site access, and compliance documentation for all mobilising personnel.
Ensure mobilisation plans align with project start dates and staging requirements.
Work closely with the Workforce Coordinator to align mobilisation activities with labour forecasts and rosters.
Liaise with Recruitment, HR, Training, HSE, Site Supervisors and logistics teams to ensure smooth workforce transitions to site.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on mobilisation progress, risks, and issues.
Track and manage personnel compliance requirements including licences, medicals, inductions, and security clearances.
Maintain accurate records of mobilisation status, travel itineraries, and site documentation.
Identify and proactively address risks or delays to mobilisation schedules.
Manage last-minute changes such as cancellations, weather disruptions, or resource constraints.
Generate and present mobilisation reports, including actual vs forecast metrics.
Coordinate demobilisation and offboarding of employees when required.
Support audits and project close-out documentation.
Maintain and update information in Rapid Crews and internal business systems.
Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with ad-hoc duties as required.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination skills.
Experience working in workforce mobilisation, logistics, or resource planning (preferably within mining, shutdowns, construction, or industrial services).
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail, particularly around compliance documentation and workforce records.
Experience using workforce or scheduling systems (Rapid Crews experience highly regarded).
Work with a supportive and collaborative team.
