Roster: Monday–Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm
Location: Paget, QLD

We are seeking a reliable and organised Branch Administrative Support Officer to join our team. This role provides day‑to‑day support to branch operations, customers, and internal teams. If you enjoy a busy environment and have strong attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
General Administration & Operational Support

  • Manage incoming emails, Salesforce cases, and daily operational requests
  • Release and update jobs based on customer or driver instructions
  • Maintain accurate job records, including disposal journals and council‑site receipts
  • Provide general operational support to the branch
  • Process credits and raise branch‑level purchase orders

Payroll Processing

  • Review and verify driver timesheets each morning across multiple branches
  • Ensure accuracy of hours, allowances, and job details prior to payroll submission

Billing & Job Processing

  • Complete daily billing for allocated branches
  • Submit completed jobs to CAB for processing
  • Prepare daily intercompany run sheets
  • Clear sales holds and follow up on outstanding billing requirements

Customer Service & Communication

  • Answer incoming calls and manage general enquiries
  • Provide professional and friendly customer support
  • Redirect sales enquiries to the appropriate sales representative
  • Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing deliveries

Skills & Experience

  • Proven administrative experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Reliable work ethic and strong attendance
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
  • High attention to detail
  • Customer‑focused approach
  • Salesforce, JDE, or Kronos experience (desirable but not essential — training provided)
