We are seeking a proactive professional to join the Student Information Unit and play a key role in supporting apprenticeships and traineeships.


In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative, technical and client service support, ensuring student records are accurate and compliance requirements are met. Working across the Students Directorate, you will manage training contracts, maintain system data, identify process improvements and help deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.


This position is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work proactively in a team environment. Position Requirements


  • Demonstrated experience using information systems, web-based platforms and Microsoft applications, with the ability to apply quality standards and deliver accurate, efficient outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, supported by sound administrative experience and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Well-developed time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds, delivering responsive and professional customer service.
