Branch Administrative Support Officer
Roster: Monday–Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm
Location: Paget, QLD
We are seeking a reliable and organised Branch Administrative Support Officer to join our team. This role provides day‑to‑day support to branch operations, customers, and internal teams. If you enjoy a busy environment and have strong attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
General Administration & Operational Support
- Manage incoming emails, Salesforce cases, and daily operational requests
- Release and update jobs based on customer or driver instructions
- Maintain accurate job records, including disposal journals and council‑site receipts
- Provide general operational support to the branch
- Process credits and raise branch‑level purchase orders
Payroll Processing
- Review and verify driver timesheets each morning across multiple branches
- Ensure accuracy of hours, allowances, and job details prior to payroll submission
Billing & Job Processing
- Complete daily billing for allocated branches
- Submit completed jobs to CAB for processing
- Prepare daily intercompany run sheets
- Clear sales holds and follow up on outstanding billing requirements
Customer Service & Communication
- Answer incoming calls and manage general enquiries
- Provide professional and friendly customer support
- Redirect sales enquiries to the appropriate sales representative
- Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing deliveries
Skills & Experience
- Proven administrative experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable work ethic and strong attendance
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
- High attention to detail
- Customer‑focused approach
- Salesforce, JDE, or Kronos experience (desirable but not essential — training provided)
