Nuflow Central Queensland is a locally owned and operated specialist in trenchless pipe relining, CCTV inspections and infrastructure rehabilitation. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a professional and organised General Administration Assistant to support our Rockhampton office.
This position plays a critical role in supporting operations, ensuring efficient office systems and delivering a high level of customer service to clients, suppliers and field crews.
Managing and actioning incoming emails
Sending client onboarding documentation
Answering and directing incoming calls
Maintaining accurate account history records
Processing purchase orders, supplier invoices and bills
Assisting with scheduling and job coordination
Supporting project administration requirements
General office administration duties
Previous administration experience
Experience with Simpro highly regarded (but not essential)
Scheduling or coordination experience advantageous
Construction, plumbing or civil industry experience preferred
Strong computer and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
You are reliable, trustworthy and proactive. You enjoy problem solving and take pride in delivering high-quality administrative support. You work well independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
