About the Role 

We are looking for an Administration Assistant to support senior staff and assist with the running of our day-to-day operations working full time hours Monday - Friday. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide customer service support via phone calls, emails and walk-in clients

• Providing administrative support to senior staff

• Organising and managing job paperwork 

• Co-ordinating service calls and booking in jobs 

• Booking in hire equipment, managing sub-contractors and booking travel and accommodation needs as required 

• Communicating and liaising with customers, technicians and other staff members

• Managing and Maintaining several database systems 

• Maintain administrative systems and processes

• Completing administration tasks such as filing and scanning 

• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office and kitchen areas. 

About you 

To be successful in this role, you will have.

• Ability to work well both within a team environment and unsupervised

• A good attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and confidant telephone manner 

• Demonstrated excellent time management, with the capacity to work to deadlines and manage priorities 

• Customer service orientated

• Knowledge within the Microsoft Office Suite

• Hold a current drivers licence
