About the Role
This is far more than a reception position. It’s a pivotal, multi-faceted role at the heart of our operations.
You will:
Be the warm, professional first point of contact for clients visiting or calling our office
Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with our client mantra: Enjoy the experience
Ensure all the documentation from a new home sale is completed and processed completely, accurately, and promptly.
Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure preliminary works necessary for building approvals are completed when required.
Prepare and lodge all documentation with Council and with Building Certifiers for approvals.
Proactively follow up all parties to ensure approvals are received on time.
Provide support to management and to other team members as needed.
Your work will directly impact project timelines, client satisfaction, and our reputation for excellence.
About You
You are:
Highly organised with a relentless committment to attention to detail
Proactive and confident in following up and getting results
A strong communicator who builds positive working relationships
A positive, friendly, respectful, and professional person, with a can do attitude
A true “people person” who enjoys helping others
Able to juggle multiple priorities in a busy office environment
Experience in building, construction, council lodgements, would be nice, — but your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are critical.
We have detailed procedures and checklists to follow, and if you're the right person for the job, you will understand the value of checklists and will love using them.
