About the Role 

Reporting to the Commercial Supervisor, the Warranty Administrator is responsible for the provision of robust and effective support to enable the team to deliver timely and effective administrative services to Parts and Service Departments and its Customers.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Process, prepare and monitor warranty claims 

  • Raise purchase orders, invoices, and claims

  • Address customer queries 

  • Coordinate warranty returns with Parts department

  • Reporting relating to the position

  • Management of warranty warehouse

About You

  • Certificate IV Business Administration OR 3 years Administration experience

  • Strong MS Office computer literacy and proficiency, particularly excel

  • Mining Background and/or Mechanical/Electrical aptitude would be advantageous 

  • Initiative and self-drive with problem solving skills

  • Passion for learning new things, sense of pride, high attention to detail
