We are seeking an experienced finance operations professional to join our clients Financial & Business Services team as Supervisor : Corporate Card & Procurement Governance.
In this role you will oversee the operational delivery of procurement, travel and corporate card services, ensuring transactions are accurate, compliant and aligned with organisational policies and financial governance requirements.
You will lead a small operational team (4 to 6) responsible for supporting staff to procure goods and services, manage travel arrangements and administer corporate card processes across a large and complex organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team delivering procurement, travel and corporate card services.
  • Support staff to procure goods and services in line with organisational policy, procedures and financial delegations.
  • Monitor transaction data, reconciliations and system reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Investigate irregular activity and escalate non-compliance where required.
  • Produce exception and acquittal reporting and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Provide expert advice on procurement, travel and corporate card processes.
  • Deliver training and guidance that improves compliance and staff capability.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external service providers.
What you’ll bring
  • Experience in procurement, corporate card or expense management within a complex organisation.
  • Experience in accounts payable, purchasing or finance operations.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience reviewing transaction data and reconciliations.
  • Experience supervising or coordinating a small operational team.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement and service delivery.
