Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping across a diverse SME client base
• Prepare BAS, payroll, AP/AR, bank reconciliations and reporting
• Deliver financial reports, cashflow forecasts and budgets
• Support accounting system setup, optimisation and improvements
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a key contact

About You

• Experience managing multiple client bookkeeping files (3+ years)
• Strong Xero, MYOB, QBO or Reckon capability
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a client-first approach
• Australian work rights required
