About the Role:
Our Masta Data Specialist is responsible for leading the effectiveness, standardisation and continuous improvement of master data and work management systems across the Cane Products business. Reporting to the EAMS Systems Manager, this role is the business unit subject matter expert for SAP PM, driving improved maintenance planning, execution, compliance and data integrity while supporting key business improvement initiatives, including reporting uplift and mobility implementation.
Role Responsibilities:
Own the integrity, governance and standardisation of maintenance master data within SAP PM and related modulesDrive improved use of SAP PM and work management systems to lift planning, scheduling and execution maturityLead system and process improvement initiatives, including mobility implementation and reporting upliftDevelop and maintain dashboards and reporting to support maintenance performance, compliance and decision-makingCoach planners, supervisors and coordinators in standard work management processes and system usage
About you:

Strong SAP PM experience, with exposure to maintenance master data and work management processesHands-on experience in maintenance planning, scheduling or supervisory roles within an industrial environmentProven capability working with CMMS platforms and improving system utilisation and data qualityAdvanced Excel skills and the ability to work confidently with reporting and performance dataA structured, analytical mindset with the ability to influence and uplift capability across multiple sites
